Each pool benefits from twin spa baths and a comfortable relaxation area,
marble steam rooms and Scandinavian saunas.
Our spacious, air-conditioned gyms have large, panoramic windows designed to make the most of the natural light. In addition to a wide selection of the latest cardiovascular equipment, the gym areas included a dedicated free-weights room to add variety to your workout. Our team of experienced and professional gym staff is always around to provide advice, encouragement and support.
Many of our members take advantage of one-to-one Personal Training to help boost their motivation or help with specific parts of their training programme. These sessions with our Personal Trainers are available for an additional fee
Freshly made juices, home-made light meals and refreshments made from the finest ingredients are available in the Juice Bar. It's the ideal place to relax, unwind and socialise with other members.
We run a dedicated crèche, staffed by skilled and qualified professional staff at our Hendon club. Children from six months until their fourth birthday will be at home with our staff who have many years of experience in childcare.

Our philosophy in designing the Laboratory Spa & Health Clubs has been to create an environment that offers a sanctuary from the stresses and strains of modern life.

We offer free and convenient parking at both clubs with the added bonus of a valeting service to take care of your car while you work-out inside.
We offer a comprehensive range of innovative and motivational classes, led by some of the UK's finest fitness professionals. Our unrivalled timetable of over 100 group classes includes everything from Schwinn® Cycling and BodyPump®, to salsa and pole dancing, yoga, aquatics, Pilates and gi gong. There are classes to fit every age and interest with sessions for beginners to advanced. Classes run throughout the day and evening seven days a week.
At different times throughout the year, we offer a selection of classes for children and teenagers, including teenage self-defence, street dance and yoga. Please ask at the individual clubs for more details.
